Aspire to create an impact on human lifestyles, environment, and the world we live in with inspiring and engaging designs, I pursue interior design with passion and enthusiasm. My design philosophy relies on the harmony between functional effectiveness and narrative quality of spaces; design is about creating effective solutions for its occupants without compromising the power of built environment to craft vivid stories, evoke human senses, and embed lasting emotional experiences in our memories.

Influenced by my parents as engineers working closely with built spaces, I am fascinated with the possibilities one could explore through spatial design. Growing up in a multicultural and multilingual environment, I am humbled to be surrounded by people from diverse walks of life and experienced childhood from a broad spectrum of perspectives.

Learning from experience is something that always holds great value to me as a designer and as an individual. The presence of diversity in the environment I grew up fostered my appreciation and curiosity toward various cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds. I satisfy my inquisitiveness by expanding my perspectives about the world we live in and utilizing them in my designs.

I am grateful enough for the opportunity to explore design through a refreshed perspective from the peers and professionals I met through college and study abroad program. The interdisciplinary conversation between peers of Arts and Humanities honors cohort further enriches my perspectives beyond the art and design, utilizing the essence of humanities toward my design as places without consideration of human scale, mind, and body are merely spaces.

With the dynamic and evolving definition of physical spaces, I believe adaptable designs are vital in the present day of design industry, on top of the elevated attention on influence of designs on human well-being. Acknowledging the vital impact of designs on human well-being and our environment, my projects are inspired by my observation to issues happening around my surroundings and reflect my interests in enhancing quality of life through the emphasis on wellness, sustainable, universal, environmental psychology, and neuroarchitecture design principles.
